blueSIM is a commercial brand of TRANZY LIMITED. TRANZY LIMITED is the controller for personal data described in this notice.

2. Data we process

When you visit the website

Our hosting provider may process technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, device and operating-system information, and server error or security logs.

When you contact us or request a test eSIM

The test-request form prepares a message from the name, email address, destination country and Telegram ID you enter. The website does not store or submit that form to TRANZY LIMITED. Your browser transfers the prepared message only after you choose Telegram or WhatsApp and send it through that service.

When you open an external service

If you choose a link to Telegram or WhatsApp, that provider receives the information your browser or app sends to it. Its own privacy terms apply.

We do not use this website to collect payment-card details, create blueSIM accounts or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Why we use data and our legal bases

• To respond to a test eSIM request or other enquiry: taking steps at your request before a possible business relationship and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

The website itself does not retain entries made in the test-request form. If you send the prepared request through Telegram or WhatsApp, we keep the resulting conversation only for as long as necessary to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship, satisfy applicable record-keeping duties and deal with legal claims.

Technical logs are retained according to operational security needs and the hosting provider’s applicable retention settings. We periodically review whether information is still needed.
