From selection to connection
The entire journey is designed to feel familiar — even for someone installing an eSIM for the first time.
Dial *#06# first. If the device displays an EID, it technically supports eSIM. Then select a country, regional or global package with the traffic and validity the journey needs.
The selected recipient receives a branded boarding pass with the QR code and installation details. The buyer’s Telegram account keeps the full order, plan data and management tools. For direct resale, that means the reseller can continue managing the client profile.
Installation usually takes one to three minutes. The Telegram account keeps the QR code, Magic Links for iPhone and Android, package details, traffic usage and — where supported — the option to top up the same profile.
An eSIM can be installed in advance. The package validity begins when it first connects to a supported network, with up to 180 days available for the initial activation.

No. The standard referral program starts without an upfront payment. A working balance is optional: resellers can use it for direct sales, while frequent travelers can use it to buy new eSIMs quickly without repeating card checkout.
No. blueSIM provides mobile data only. Voice calls, SMS and traditional phone numbers are not included.
Most users can complete installation in one to three minutes using a QR code or Magic Link. Device compatibility and internet speed can affect the exact time.
The chosen email recipient receives the digital boarding pass with the QR code and installation information. The buyer’s Telegram account retains the complete order, QR code, Magic Links, tariff information, traffic usage and available management or top-up actions. When a reseller buys for a client, the reseller keeps that profile in the partner account.
You can install the eSIM before departure. The plan validity begins when the profile first connects to a supported network in its destination or coverage zone. The first activation must normally take place within 180 days of purchase.
Only packages explicitly marked as reloadable support blueSIM Mix. A supported profile can be topped up up to nine times while its status is New or Active. Once it has expired, a new eSIM profile is required.
Within 14 days, eligible unused card payments can return to the original card; other payment methods return to working balance. From day 15 to day 30, approved unused orders return to working balance. Later requests up to day 180 are reviewed individually. Standard returns end once the eSIM connects to a network and starts using data.
